Lavender biscuits – our recipe

Cookies are probably the most loved and appreciated sweets by everyone, young and old. There are many recipes, some simple and others less so, but always accessible to everyone. They are those sweets that have no season and are even better when they are prepared with genuine ingredients, which come right from our garden!

Here we want to present you a recipe that we love for its simplicity and that always amazes… lavender biscuits.

Ingredients : 90g of butter, 10g of extra virgin olive oil, 50g of our lavender sugar, 50g of granulated sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, 280g of flour, 10g of baking powder

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add the lavender sugar, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar and mix. Incorporate the butter and the other ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. With the help of a saccapoche, place a small amount of dough on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the biscuits have taken on a golden colour.
