Oppio Novo is a family-run farm overlooking Monticchiello, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Always promoters of agriculture that respects the cyclical nature of crops, we produce honey, Verna soft wheat, saffron, lavender and wild fennel, using organic standards.
The new planning has also provided for the creation of a small laboratory, in which we transform the company products and where we will be happy to host visitors to get to know and follow the work cycles. An olive grove, a vineyard and a small orchard complete the farm.
