Honey

Wild honey tastes like freedom.

Anna Achmatova

Wildflower honey has a very ancient history. The first traces date back to the 4th millennium BC. It is a honey produced by the association of nectars that the bees collect from the flowers present in the area where the hives are located. This is why it is a unique product in terms of aroma and flavour, a precious guardian of the properties of numerous plants. Its color varies from light to amber to dark depending on the flowers the bees haul. It is rich in nutrients and has a great aromatic richness. No millefiori is ever the same as another: uniqueness is its secret.

Honey is produced in a simple and natural way. It is a typical 0 km product because bees generally collect nectar within 800 meters of their colony, even if they can explore an area up to about 3 km away.

Honey
